Sloane Toyota of Glenside has an opening for an Experienced pre-owned vehicle sales consultant.

Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to work hard to build their business and excellent communication skills.

**Past retail used car sales experience is required.

Job Description:

• Build rapport and professionally attend to clients
• Match customers to appropriate cars by actively listening
• Establish a consulting relationship with customers
• Increase customer base and develop dealer business
• Be thoroughly familiar with Toyota products
• Achieve unit sales targets
• Make effective deliveries for all vehicle sales
• Perform miscellaneous tasks, duties and projects as needed

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Must partner well with their customers and have a strong interest in exceeding the customer's expectations.
• Must be able to calculate cost allowances, fees, taxes, down payments, and discounts to arrive at the price of a vehicle, and, in addition, must work with the Sales Manager in completing a sale, which meets the customer's need.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior sales experience
• Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
• Must pass drug screen and background check
